No Refunds on Monthly/Annual Memberships. If you are not satisfied with the online classes please cancel your subscription before your next billing date.

FOR ALL TEACHER TRAININGS:

• You may receive a full refund (minus any credit card fees) if you cancel your registration 30 days or more before the event date. Refunds over 50$ may be paid through PayPal or Venmo at the sole discretion of Nicki Doane Yoga.

• If canceled 29 days to four days before the start of the event, you will receive 50% refund.

• NO Refund if canceled within 3 days of the event.

• Any refunds on credit card payments are subject to a 5% fee to cover credit card processing of refund and return.

FOR ASANA INTENSIVES & WORKSHOPS:

• You may receive a full refund (minus any credit card fees) if you cancel your registration 30 days or more before the event date. Refunds over 50$ may be paid through PayPal or Venmo at the sole discretion of Nicki Doane Yoga.

• If canceled 29 days to four days before the start of the event, you will receive 50% refund.

• If we announce an event as “SOLD OUT” in the studio or online, no refund or credit will be given after announcement as you have taken a space that could have been purchased by another practitioner.

GENERAL WEEKLY CLASSES:

• General Classes are drop in ONLY and cash or venmo is accepted as payment at time of the event.

HALE MAYA & HALE MATTEO:

• Reservations will be secured with a full payment due at time of booking.

• If you cancel your reservation 30 days or more prior to your arrival date, we will refund your payment minus a 5% processing fee.

• If you cancel your reservation 0 to 29 days prior to your arrival 50% of your payment + 5% processing fee will be non-refundable.
