1:1 Yoga Private Sessions
Whether you are feeling nervous about attending a public class or are looking for specific instruction catered to your unique body, a private session will serve your yoga needs. Yoga is a self-reliant healing system, in a private session you will be given the tools to support your own healing journey. Private sessions are open to all levels, Nicki is a deeply skilled teacher and will meet you where you are at. Nicki offers both in-person private sessions and tele-yoga sessions.
