This is just what it says it is - a sweet Maya Yoga practice that hits all the spots. We begin with 15-20 minutes of reclined and seated meditation. We practice some Nadi shodhana pranayama (alternate nostril breathing), some standing poses linked in a flow, lots of Maya yoga lunges, some Sun Salutations, and hip opening poses to wrap it up.
