Gain the insight, experience, and confidence you need to teach students in this monthlong yoga teacher training.
Are you ready to radically and positively alter your life and your mastery of yoga? This Vibrant Living Yoga Teacher Training, led by Daniel Aaron, founder of the Radiantly Alive Yoga Studio in Bali, brings a new level to the skills of teaching yoga—moving bodies and touching souls.
Through a rich and intentionally designed curriculum taught by world-class faculty who have been leaders in their specialties for decades, your path to joyful transformation is supported in every possible way.
Daily you engage in meditation and pranayama (breathing) practice, followed by a vinyasa asana (postures) class, exploring yogic techniques to calm the mind, increase energy levels, and awaken your spiritual essence. You also study asana, including anatomy, alignment, sequencing, flow, injury prevention, facilitation, and presentation methodology.
Together we apply ancient concepts to modern classrooms by exploring a variety of lineages and understanding the origins of yoga and traditional yogic philosophy. You refine your understanding of the intimacy that deepens all relationships and a meaningful connection and congruence with your own unique and beautiful soul.
You also learn to:
- Move past limitations and fears within yourself so that your inner self radiates out to your students
- Gain a deep understanding of yourself, become more confident, and be truly present with whatever arises
- Improve your leadership abilities, find your teaching voice, and become clearer in your communication with others
You return home with the insight, experience, and confidence needed to teach students through your own deep love of self and the world.
This training will benefit those who have been teaching and want to go deeper and improve their teaching skills, as well as beginners with a willingness to learn and transform.
The faculty requires you read the following books in preparation for the course:
- The Heart of Yoga by T. K. V. Desikachar
- Loving What Is by Byron Katie
- A Complaint Free World by Will Bowen
- Why Fascia Matters by Brooke Thomas
